Bei meiner Tagestour in Córdoba (siehe Bilder) habe ich zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht. Der erste Halt war die Medina Azahara, die vom Kalifen von Córdoba erbaut wurde. Für diesen Besuch hatte ich etwa drei bis vier Stunden eingeplant, was auch gut gepasst hat. Die Parkplätze vor Ort sind kostenlos.
Am Nachmittag habe ich die berühmte Moschee-Kathedrale von Córdoba besichtigt. Die Moschee ist von malerischen Gassen umgeben, die von zahlreichen Restaurants und Souvenirshops gesäumt sind. Meine Eintrittspreise im Jahr 2020: Der Medina-Bereich ist kostenlos, lediglich die Busfahrt nach oben und zurück kostet 1,50 Euro. Für die Moschee habe ich als Rentner 9,00 Euro bezahlt, der reguläre Preis liegt vermutlich bei 10,00 Euro. Ich empfehle, ein Parkhaus in der Nähe zu nutzen und noch etwa fünf bis sieben Euro für einen Parkplatz einzuplanen.
During my day tour in Cordoba I visited two sights. The first part was the Medina Azahara built by the Caliph of Cordoba. Allow around three to four hours for this visit. Parking spaces are free of charge. In the afternoon I visited the Cordoba Mosque-Cathedral. The mosque is surrounded by romantic alleys, with many restaurants and of course lots of souvenir offers. Prices: Medina is free, up to 1.50 euros for the bus ride up. I paid 9.00 euros as a pensioner at the mosque. I think the normal price is 10.00 euros. Here I would recommend a parking garage costing 1.95 euros per hour.
