Der Songtext beschreibt das Gemüt, wie ein Mensch versucht, den Gipfel vom Berg der Hoffnung zu erklimmen, um ein Ziel zu erreichen. Er macht sich Gedanken darüber, was auf der Welt vor sich geht, und wie man diesen Zustand ändern kann, und schreit und betet jeden Tag für eine Revolution……..
25 Jahre habe ich schon gelebt und noch immer
Versuche ich hinaufzukommen, auf diesen großen
Hohen Berg der Hoffnung
Um ein Ziel zu haben
Das wurde mir schnell klar
Als ich wußte, was ich wissen sollte
Daß die Welt sich zusammensetzt aus dieser
Brüderschaft der Männer
Was immer das bedeuten mag
Und so weine ich manchmal, wenn ich im Bett liege
Um alles herauszukriegen, was da in meinem Kopf ist
Danach fühle ich mich ein wenig sonderbar
Und so wache ich am Morgen auf und gehe
Hinaus und nehme einen tiefen Atemzug
ich werde richtig „high“
